Summer dinner party cookery with Jessica Leah

This is a spring/summer dinner party menu which will bring something fresh to your table this season. Apart from learning how to make each dish, you will learn knife skills, basic techniques, and how to work in a more practical way.  As well as lunch we will have time for tea and coffee and a light snack to fuel your cooking.

I will also put together a pack with a time plan and all the tried and tested recipes for the evening! With 18 years of cooking professionally under my belt, I want to be able to use my experience to make your lives easier!
