Emma is a pastry chef and baker from Manchester, currently working as head of pastry for Barletta. She has previously worked at Flor and Where The Light Gets In. She believes in baking with the seasons, utilising local ingredients and that food is one of the most fulfilling ways to connect to your environment and your community.
