Simona Di Dio

As a child growing up in the south of Italy I loved watching my mum and grandma making pasta, being asked to taste the sugo before it went out to the big family table, and learning a deep love and appreciation for food; the hard work that goes into it and the cultures that surround it.

I am very excited to be able to pass on some of this knowledge, handed down through generations of my family, to students of the Margate Cookery School.
