Filled pasta making class with Simona & Harry from Bottega Caruso, followed by a 3 course lunch

Learn how to make the dough and filling and then how to shape different types of fresh pasta such as cappelletti, tortelli, plin, mezzelune and more. We will be eating some of the pasta you make for lunch, with antipasti, dolce and wine served in Bottega Caruso.

Our lessons are fun, informative and will give you the knowledge and confidence to go on and make your own dishes and pasta at home.

All equipment, recipe pack and ingredients are included.
